Yes, that's our son. It's the end of January and he's out riding his brand new scooter in nothing but his pajamas. It finally stopped raining after two solid weeks and everyone was so excited that it seemed perfectly reasonable to be outside in 45 F degree weather without a jacket. As a general rule, Matthew has decided he doesn't want to wear his jacket anymore. If asked, he declares that he wants to be cold! Choices are a big deal these days and Matthew doesn't seem to care how uncomfortable he is provided he got to choose whatever state he's in. This leads to some interesting decisions but for now, his parents are choosing their battles.
