Owen is 4. He knows it, he knows what day his Birthday is and that he will be 4 for a whole year and then he will be 5. We celebrated the occasion with his schoolmates at Hoover Park. We had such a nice time! It was one of our favorite Birthday celebrations we've had for either child. We had beautiful weather, beach balls, a bubble machine and Leila and the boys made Brigaderos (a Brazilian birthday party treat).

The boys have reached an important milestone with respect to the cats. The cats have decided that between Chelsea and boys, they'll take the boys. We often find Oscar in either boy's top bunk. While we suspect he heaves his 11 year old bones up the ladder in an effort to avoid the dog, he snuggles with whichever boy he is sleeping with, purring happily. Both boys are thrilled with this development.
